Situated amidst the Industrial Town of Rajasthan , the township gains an advantage of being developed as a sports city with world-class sports facilities.
The Architectural style of the township & Entrance Gateway has been emerged from a unique juxtaposition of Regional style of Rajasthan and the Modernist style which is global in it’s essence.

Regional style of Rajasthan, present in it’s spatial grandeur, intricate detailing & shaped around the city’s culture & traditions has been adopted as a theme, minimalizing the detailing & carvings , at the same time retaining certain inevitable aspects like :: Scale , Ratios, Proportions, Profiles, Materials, Textures, Rhythm & Symmetry.

Jantar Mantar being in close proximity & revered as symbol of knowledge, culture Nature & the cosmic connection with Human forms is an ideal inspiration when one talks about symbolism of Rajasthan.

Through the incorporation of locally available materials like sandstone, presence of waters capes, vivid coloured flowering plants & scents from the trees, the visitor is immersed in a sensory rejuvenation ,generating a sense of curiosity & excitement in their minds, reviving a sub conscious connection with the familiar spaces. This generates a sense of home & physical & psychological harmony with the surrounding spaces, fulfilling the role of designed project in terms of contextuality & human comfort.
